Born in Gonaïves, Haiti, Dr. B immigrated to the United States at a young age, where he learned early the power of resilience, discipline, and community. His journey—from self-doubt and limited mentorship to leadership, ownership, and influence—has shaped his lifelong commitment to developing men who are not only successful, but whole.
Beyond healthcare, he is actively involved in multiple businesses and serves as a trusted business coach to entrepreneurs and leaders across industries. He recognized a gap:
